Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product isn’t exactly what you expected, our return process is straightforward and transparent.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
  • Electronics Policy: Due to the nature of high-end electronics, items that have been powered on or registered (e.g., laptops, smartphones) may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for “change of mind.”
  • Damaged Items: If your appliance arrives with any visible damage, please contact EliteCartz Support within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence for an immediate replacement.

How to Start a Return

Log In: Go to your EliteCartz account and view your “Recent Orders.”

Request: Click on “Return Item” and select the reason for the return.

Label: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Refund: After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties unless the item is confirmed as defective by our technicians.
