Refund Process
- Initiate your return request within 30 days by contacting our support team.
- Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer free return shipping and will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Restocking Fee A 15-25% restocking fee may apply on opened electronics or high-value items returned in good condition.
